Housing is a basic necessity and with the current state of complexity surrounding the documents (as discussed in the video) we all need a formal education/ awareness on these things. We all should have education on financial planning , achieving financial independence, power of compounding , importance of investing early , entrepreneurship , saving taxes and off course real estate related basics right from our school / college system. 😀
