This thing was crazy. 2-3 volume scans, then WHAM! I like how your video shows the outflow from the SE bringing all the dirt and only 32KT at the Airport.

I live in Biltmore (which is on the left of the shot). We didn’t get a drop and it was sunny as could be but it was madness just a few minutes away in Scottsdale (right side of the shot). It side swiped us for over an hour.

It'd be interesting to have that coupled with a "My Radar" map of the clouds. I have the MP4 saved from that series of storms that seemed to be a veritable atmospheric river over Sherwood Heights, but it is of very poor resolution. Awestriking.

@@MikeOlbinski occasional birds pop up here and there, cars are slightly distracting as well. It would be AAA+ without that 😉 But I guess we are in the area of diminishing returns here. Anyway, it was mostly meant as a banter. I would be proud of myself if I was able to make shots like these.
