I like to think there are two versions of Gerald Green. One that is mind bogglingly gold and one who doesn't know what basketball is. It is very likely you get the latter, and he's also a fraction of what Wade is on D. When he's the former however, it is really fun to watch.

No offence, but he already has reached his potential, and he's almost 30. What you see is what you get with him. Great pickup for the minimum, and best of all if it doesn't work he's only there for a year.

Axel Guadarrama A chance for the 8th seed probably. Bledsoe and Knight should be a good tandem, TJ will finally get some quality minutes, and Chandler brings great rim protection and having a guy like him (insurance and tutelage to Len) is invaluable. The roster is solid all around, but i don't think it's ready for contention.

Suns had the talent at the beginning of the year, but desperately needed a veteran to keep them together. Team fell apart towards the middle of the season after about 50 buzzer beater losses, players grew tired of their roles, and immaturity ran rampant in the locker room (twins constantly in technical trouble & pj Tucker missing team busses and planes on multiple occasions). They absolutely would have made the playoffs if someone would have stepped up in that locker room and took charge holding those players accountable for their actions. They need a leader in Phoenix, and bad.
