Well, this time I have more to say that simply saying this is a masterpiece. The lip-sync (and overall syncing), the editing, the added effects (especially the ones between 2:21 and 2:35), the coloured outlines on the characters, that is TOP NOTCH! You really outdid yourself, and that was worth it. Great job! (also, that Coffee Counter at 1:23, noice)
