Yo this was a fun one!! There are so many themes from Pursuit to Investigation (as in during the investigation sections) to all the rest that this could be a series by itself honestly. I adore the first game's theme, AJ's theme, Investigations 2's theme, and pretty much all the Spirit of Justice ones myself

To me, Apollo Justice's Objection theme is better. But that's really the only one that really surpasses the epicness of the first one. The first Objection theme is still really great.

Love the Apollo praise. Also, you'll notice it gets more orchestral once you hit Apollo. What you have to remember: AA 1-3 originally came out on GBA. So the DS ports are just better quality GBA tracks, with the more powerful hardware softening and enhancing them. (Listening to actual GBA tracks are quite harsh) AJ:AA was made for it to come out on DS. So it could use the more powerful system to go from chiptune midi, to a synthetic orchestra.

The reason I use Apollo and not Edgeworth as the example, is because while Edgeworth's were first in the video, Apollo Justice released 2 years before AAI 1.

I would add that the video is wrong saying DS couldn't handle live orchestra like 3DS ( 4:09 ). The World Ends With You proved that a DS game could have dozens of MP3-quality recordings.

My Opinion is this Objection 2001 it feels perfect in the context of the game, it make you feel great because you discover a contradiction, like, i don't know, it make you feel proud Objection 2002 is Good and very victorius, but the rhythm, I don't know, I don't feel like it works as A objection theme Objection 2004 is great, it sound calm amd confident, like Mia A New Chapters Of Trials 2007 is very hopefull, like, it meke you think that all is going to be fine in the end Objection 2009 is The Great Revival objection version it start slow and end dramatic Objection 2011 is more heroic, similar a pursuit theme but slower The 2 Objection 2012 are good The English Court is more loud and Intense The Witch Court is more calm and with more rhythm Objection 2013 is a Better version of 2004, it really fits a Phoenix with 10 years of experience, clam but intense A New Chapters of Trials 2013 is very epic with his guitar Athena Objection 2013 (sorry, the name us just to much lol) is very energetic, like athena it self Objection 2016 is More Dinamic and Victorius like that 2013, very good it self, Although I think the 2013 version fits better on Phoenix, but on its own it is just as good as 2013 A New Chapter of Trails 2016 is the GOAT! The best of all objection themes, is super epic Athena Objectiom 2016 is not that far though, the guitars and trumpets does it much better, although I think that with how new Athena is, it still doesn't fit her that well like 2013, but on his own is much better I don have a solid opinion of the GAA ones XD My Top: 1- Apollo 2016 2- Athena 2016 3- Phoenix 2013/2016 4- Apollo 2013 5-Phoenix 2001/2004 6-Edgeworth 2011 7-Athena 2013 8-Edgeworth 2009 9-Phoenix 2002

To me, it really isn't. I prefer it over the 3D games solely because of JFA's last case, lmao. JFA isn't a terrible game, but I find it to be flawed compared to the rest of the 2D Ace Attorney games.

The music is great don't get me wrong. About the cases though...they're not perfect, at all. The Lost Turnabout is better than what people say. I'm a fan of Maggey, and Richard wasn't a terrible villain. He was actually pretty hilarious. The case is just a cliche way to start a game, with the protagonist forgetting everything until the end of a certain chapter. Reunion, and Turnabout is a pretty good case. Ini Miney was awesome, and Pearl is cute as heck. The case is just great overall. Turnabout Big Top is...not the best case in the series, at all. The "love triangle" in the case is fucking disgusting. Moe the clown is honestly pretty cool, but he made a terrible witness lmao. Acro deserved better too. The only real good thing that came out of the case was the reveal of Edgeworth, as well as Acro and Moe. The case was unnecessarily long too, like Turnabout Samurai. Farewell, My Turnabout introduced Matt Engarde (One of the best antagonists imo), Shelly de Killer, and the awesome Adrian Andrews. The Maya-hostage thing was handled really well too. Edgeworth returning was awesome as well. In a way, this redeems JFA, yet I feel like it doesn't deserve it? Idk though. I respect your opinion that JFA is the best game in the series, and I appreciate your dedication to defending the game! However, I believe it's flawed, and it's not perfect. No Ace Attorney game is perfect lol. Sorry for the long comment, but I had to put this out there. I hope you understand. If not, then sorry I guess.

Another tier list? Let's go! 1) DD Nick's theme - this one just sound epic! 2) Original + Layton remix - somehow, the first one is (almost) the best! 3) Investigations I - great revival remix? Heck yeah! 4) DD Apollo's theme - better version of his 2007 theme 5) DD Athena's theme - just really good one 6) Apollo 6) Layton - pretty good 7) TnT - good, I just think others are much better 8-10) All SoJ themes - I just prefer DD ones 11-12) Both Great Ace Attorney ones - they have different style than the other ones.
