Well, the Japanese version. Herlock Shomes is named Sherlock Holmes. Very much after the Fictional English Detective. Yet, they changed his name to Herlock Shomes...well, it is because "Sherlock Holmes" is Trademarked in the West. @a-s-greig It is ironic how, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle is known for creating the character and getting filthy rich from the stories. He HATED writing anything dealing with Sherlock Holmes. Even went so far as to kill off the character in such an awful way. He could be done with it. The only person who got him to write stories for Holmes again. His mother. Being, she was a big fan of the stories.
