My statagy (works with bacteria, virus, parasite, prion): coughing -> sneezing Rash -> sweating -> skin lession cyst -> absees cold res 1-2 drug res 1-2 water 1-2 (wait until 6,5 billion people is infected) necrosis -> hemoragic shock -> internal harromging immune suppression -> total organ failure after that focus points on genetic hardening and genetic reshuffle strategy like going undetected is useless in mega brutal since if u hit critical mass they would detect u immediately so u can go like that. Strategy like going slow could work as well as shown by pravus
