My dad was complaining about his hearing aids not working. I looked for a video to do a "CTRL-ALT-Delete" of his hearing aids. This video was informative, very easy to follow, and worked perfectly. His hearing aids are working as advertised and the connection to the phone is working for the first time since his initial pairing.

This is by far the best video on this issue. Step by step and tells you all you need to look for. Question - the one device I pair to is L-Phonak P90-RT. This seems to work great! However, when I had by P50-R hearing aids, the one device I would always connect to was R-P50-R. Does it matter whether the first letter is L or R? Thanks again!

I have the Phonak M-R30 rechargeable hearing aids. The problem I am having is when I am on a call I hear a scratching sound in the hearing aids. How can I get rid of that sound?

My phonak aids looses connection with the TV transmitter frequently, does it go thru the phone or direct connection? Any suggestions?

I liked the video just fine. Worked good. Then I turned the Ipad Bluetooth off so I could pair my IPhone. Once again, I got the desired results. Then I turned the Bluetooth off on my phone so I could go back to the Ipad. I turned Bluetooth back on on the Ipad but no sound to my hearing aids. I went into the Bluetooth section of phone settings. There I saw 3 devices under other devices- LE left hearing aid-disconnected, LE Right hearing aid-disconnected, and R Phonac discontinued. I touched the “disconnected button” on LE right and got “connected “ then went to LE left got “connected” in short moment both went back to “Disconnected “. I then touched R Phonac and it showed “connected” . I then went to My Phonac app and had it search for the aids. They were found and paired ok. Finally, my question is “What is the proper procedure for switching from one device to the other with the least amount of steps to re pair each time. Thank you.

Some of these fix won’t work if you have single sided hearing, phonak app won’t work for SSD people phonak doesn’t support ssd
