My phonak App doesn’t recognise my phonak paradise hearing aids. Although I am connected app says I am not connected

i have done all this. I noticed that once the phone is out of range from my phone or if the phone or app is off, the hearing aid seems to go back to "default". Is this accurate or is this just me over analyzing things too much?

Does this app have Find my device option ?

Not at this point in time however some brands have started implementing this feature with the many requirements globally relating to wearing face masks.

These apps don’t work for single side hearing. They make single sided cross over translators but don’t support them on app. So use single sided hearing people are completely left out of the loop!
