This helped, my options were different, but after i went on safemode, the welcome to open ai page proceeded to done. And i was able to restart my phone to normal

My A41 doesnt let me do a factory reset. When I press "Delete all" it comes up with a "Please wait" at the bottom for half a second then goes away, not resetting anything. How do I get around this or is there no way?

If it doesn't work, you will need to reflash it with odin software

Try to do a backup on your Computer with Samsung Switch first, before the reset.

Try to install Samsung Switch and your pc and connect your phone. See if Switch recognize it and then do a backup.

Sometimes some software issue - Android, or sometimes a hardware issue :)

The only thing will be probably factory reset the phone...first do a backup if you can.
