Genuinely though, everybody having cameras and recording strangers and posting it online is bizarre and extremely fucked up. There are reasons multiple nations disallow recording people without their consent; it's ludicrous how accepted it is in other places. Also, bringing hundreds or thousands of strangers into simple in-person disagreements is severely out of proportion. Sure, if you're filming something like a hate-crime or the police (what am I saying, those are effectively the same thing) then yeah, sure. But most of the time, people are bizarrely entitled to other people's lives and faces.

Props to the guys for using actual phone recordings. I hate it in shows and movies, when something is supposed to be a phone clip or a recording from a surveillance cam, but weirdly having perfect contrast, professional lighting, smooth framerate and usually being suspiciously steady for a handheld phone. It's stupid. Even me as a teenager, making my first steps in video production, I knew I needed to tweak the footage to look like the type of camera it's supposed to represent. Especially, when you have the type around and just need to use the footage from the actual device instead of shooting with your cinema gear............
