THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!I have SEVERE anxiety and I woke up and my new phone wouldn't charge, I tried cleaning the USB and even though I couldn't see any gunk come out IT WORKED! There are people on eBay who charge very reasonable rates to repair charging ports, screens, replace batteries.

My phone seems to recognize the cable going in but only shows how much battery is left and won’t charge. It’s a tcl android. Any advice would be helpful. The port seems to be clear. Nothing came out with my toothpick. I’ve tried every cable with plugging it in to a portable charger and it still won’t charge.

@@ct_kyra1900 I had to just get a new phone. Maybe a new battery would’ve worked but it was just as much as a new phone so what the point. A pain in the rear moving d dry thing over but got the insurance plan for two years so if it happens again they can just give me another.

Same. Someone bought it for me and it's junk! It doesn't register that it's charging when it's on for some reason! But I've tried three different cables, different outlets etc,. Then I left it off and charging last night and it didn't charge past 20 something % like why

@@warriorwaiting316 get what you need off it and leave it off so you have enough battery to transfer your stuff to a new phone. I had3% so it got most but definitely get a new phone and get it set up before you lose anymore battery. I can’t even turn it in to factory reset now to sell in one of those old phone kiosks. Hopefully you’ll still have enough battery to wipe yours.

My new Galaxy A52s charge 2 min with samsung charger, i invent :) take cable one side USB other USB-c but short and China charger 44W, and Samsung charge but charer is heat Samsung charger is from A71, but same TDP 25W ?

Fair enough and that's probably what I would normally use. But if I did that in the video there would be some clever person out the who manages to short out the USB connector because the phone is still on. 🙄

OMG DON'T USE A TOOTHPICK AT LEAST GET A PLASTIC ONE OR USE PAPERCLIP. The wood cal breal and get lodged in charging port.
