@@lhk7006 Yeah you are right. Nevertheless, i dropped yesterday from chest height my phone with Amoled screen . It was totally undamaged. In 2018 I dropped an other phone from 30cm and it broke. What I try to say....it's a matter of having luck or not although I'm convinced the build of the phone can have a huge impact on "luck"

I think you would need to do more drop tests on the face to scientifically score it. The reason is when the phone is dropped it does not fall in exactly the same way.

OnePlus durability is pretty great. After a year my 3T suffers only minor scratches, and my 5T is pristine. Unlike Apple products, OnePlus phones are really easy to fix by yourself.

You really should have been comparing it to the 7 plus. The 7 has a smaller surface area and is lighter than the 7 plus, giving it a huge advantage. Since the OnePlus 5 and 7 plus have the same screen size, it's more of a fair fight.
