John, it’s our first time experiencing outsourcing. What would say the right WiFi speed should be?

It really depends on what you need them to do. If they're only doing admin work, I don't really demand so much, but if they have to do voiced calls or dev work that requires a lot of uploads, then i require high internet speed.
