The plaintiff says she worked with the defendant and they began dating. She added him to her cell phone plan and then found out he was seeing his ex-wife on the side. Now that they’ve broken up, he won’t pay the phone bill or let her pick up her stuff, so she’s suing. The defendant says he paid his share of the bill until they broke up and she shut off the phone. He claims she stole his leaf-blower, so he’s countersuing.

When I receive my rent checks, I deposit them into an interest earning checking account. When one of my renters is late or skips out, that causes me, (their creditor) to loose money. I can identify with the defendant because I've been in an untoward situation between two or more women at the same time earlier in my life and would advise against it. I was able to finesse through my circumstance with flying colors but many others weren't as lucky. Men be careful out here and make good choices and decisions.
