Judge Mathis needs to leave his feelings out of these cases. She didn't perjure herself, at 5:40 she clearly states she asked for and received money from the plaintiff's boyfriend. But also, accepting money from someone's bf is a reason to ignore a crime like theft, even if it was just makeup? I'm very disappointed with JM's reaction on this one.

She absolutely did commit perjury she said she did not get any money from the boyfriend then in the end said "She never had an issue with me getting money from her boyfriend until she decided to take me to court" Judge was too quick for her. Then when the Judge bought it to her attention she just drops her head like opps I got caught in my lie

What I heard her clearly say was "Asking for it and getting it are two different things" the judge had to call up the boyfriend and all...she clearly perjured herself on a few occasions in this case.

She said that asking for money and receiving it are two different things as a follow up to saying that she had asked jokingly but never received any from him. That’s when JM pointed out that the plaintiff said her boyfriend gave the defendant money and he doesn’t think she’d lie about that. The boyfriend then stood up and confirmed he had given her money.

The plaintiff helped the defendant only for her to talk bad about her in court. She's older and allowed the abuse of a minor too. She is a cold hearted user and I hope she continues to be a broke, alcoholic partier while the plaintiff lives a successful life.
