@@akshaykurade49 You need to be reading economics related to ground to know it. When u charge less u need to make more cakes to earn a proper living. More cakes means u don't have time. Also u need to keep the cake cheap otherwise the ppl in his locality won't buy it. He's probably a small maker, with limited demands. I have seen ppl working for la pastisserie, but u know they only design 2-3 cakes per day max per person and they charge 2,000-20,000 per cake according to customer needs nd order. Now this gives them the choice, by this huge money they wear gloves, masks that head gear which are disposed after every step! Even they r not allowed to carry their personal items where they make it. Every cake is in b/w checked for quality by a master chef. All this comes how? By money dude. 5 star hotel charge u more coz of hygiene and other amenities. You can't pay price of 2 star and stay in a 5 star. This is the easiest of example i can give u. Health is more important over everything, but u can expect lower middle class to order cakes from la pastisserie 😂 when u earn 15-20k a month, how will u spend 10-30% of that on a cake🤐 makes sense? Cmon, u are indian. U know india.

The image is printed on edible wafer paper. It is not real paper. So when the image is peeled off the bottom part, you can stick it on a cake and still cut and eat it as any other cake. Hope you understand

Bom ... com relação a decoração foi uma técnica simples e bem executada, mas não se pode fechar os olhos no que diz respeito a higiene. Limpar a espátula na borda da mesa??? Trabalhar sem máscara e com barba? Manusear com as mãos sem luvas e ainda com anéis nos dedos? Conversar em cima do bolo enquanto confeita? Cabelos sem touca?
