Excellent Video. I sit 36 minutes per day in my self-built near infrared heat lamp sauna. I’m totally hooked!

@@outofthedoldrums I used a hydroponic grow tent with a metal shoe rack inside to hold five 250W red heat lamps. It can get chilly where I live, so in order to really make the set up work well I had to insulate the outside with blankets. Not only do I get the benefit of infrared light but I also sweat bullets in my sauna. Infrared heat lamps heat the body up from the inside out. Because of how near infrared heat lamp bulbs work on the body, one does not want to have the internal temperature go above 130°F. An internal temperature between 120°F and 130°F is ideal for this type of sauna. Also, there’s no heat up time. One simply turns on the lights, hops into the tent and zips up the door. One sits on a stool with heat lamps facing the body for maximum exposure. One needs to rotate every three minutes to prevent the body from getting burned from the bulbs. The only problem with this method, is that it took the better part of a year for the tent to Outgas. There is a company out there that supposedly makes a similar tent that has better insulation and is specifically designed to be used as a sauna and does not out of gas. They are pricey however! I’m very happy with my setup that I put together for about $600. Near infrared heat lamp saunas work a little differently than radiant heat saunas so they need to be set up differently. There’s so much interest in this type of therapy that I think it’s time for me to set up a webpage where I explain the whole process and how to set it up.

Very nice presentation of PBM. As a dentist who uses it in his daily practice as well as use of a full body PBM machine (Novothor) I am well acquainted with the benefits and improvements in my patients and my own overall health. Thank you for this video and I will be sure share it with others.

Excellent info. These are also reasons why sunlight is so important for health (in addition to the vitamin D we synthesize from it). I used to have chronic severe eczema. It cleared completely once I started playing tennis everyday and was getting adequate sun.

Been using a handheld device on my face as an anti aging treatment for about 1 and 1/2 years almost every day. I love the way it gives me a glowing look , slightly tanned and people remark how young I look almost wrinkle free. I'm 67. I use it on my hands To prevent aging and skin thinning and my scalp to slow down balding as well as down below to improve function . I have a large rectangular light that I can stand in front of when ever my back pain takes the better of me.

Well, I can tell you that it didn't work for skin aging for me. I used it diligently for three years. and I saw no benefit until I got a facelift, eyelid lift and filler injections. The I-restore helmet didn't help with hair loss either. I found a shampoo containing gugo vine that actually worked to restore my hair. Now I only use the red light on my computer's mouse.

Yeah no... not that I want to be negative, but RLT didn't work for me. Not the lamp I got anyway, and it wasn't that cheap either (somewhat below $500). It did have red and infrared, confirmed by filming via mobile phone in seeing the invisible light on-screen. It had two or three modes, one of which was flickering and was really annoying, so I used the steady light, combined with red. I was eager to try it, used it for the better part of 3 months, settling for a couple of 10-minute session a day, about 10-15 cm distance away from my skin. I forgot the dosage it had. I had (still have) some chronic inflammation that admittedly I didn't have much hope it would help for, but I thought I'd try anyway. And in any case it apparently should help for the general well being. Nope. Nada. Ziltch. Zero. Bone dry nothing-burger. Okay I got nothing more in the nothing department. Another oh-so positive youtube video that fooled me agian. Or guess I fooled myself once again from these streamers (Btw not this video, I just wanted to went here lol). Suffice to say I won't buy another expensive lamp. At least I guess it didn't hurt to try (except the wallet)

It's $439 US dollars, not including shipping. So that means it's only for rich people. Good thing the sun is free.
