I have been watching your podcasts for about 7 years. They are all GREAT but you should put time stamps on them. You have NOT CHANGED at all in 7 years so I can't tell if the podcasts are new or 7 years old.

Thanks! Never realised there are so many other foods beside beet roots, water melon ( yellow ones supposedly more potent) and arugula.

Hello! Since I started to eat 70% raw food, I started to crave strongly onion, garlic and all tipes or radiches, especially the black ones! Can you help me with a reason why or where to search for the answer?

Should we consume pure beets instead of beet powder to reduce nitrosative stress?

Thanks for the informative video as you did some 3 years ago. However, beets cause kidney stones in majority of the people due to oxalates. Can you recommend a better way to eat beets such as boiling which may deplete oxalate content. Thanks

The peel actually has additional benefits BUT IS DIFFICULT for me to eat. I do use the peel when I blend citrus into things. Just wash the peel well before using.

I remember how tough it was to eat the peel when I started , few years ago now. It's nothing to me now, and I assume that's good ?? More fiber less sugar anyway
@paulcohen672710 ай бұрын
Bases on what I see in nature, I don’t think eating orange peel is natural. It’s bitter taste they make it undesirable to it insects and animals. I will throw out apple cores or banana peels to the ducks and chickens and they eagerly race to get them. But they ignore it when I throw out orange peels.

How feasible is it to make a power shot drink incorporating all ten of these foods to create a super boost of NO? Would this be a beneficial experiment, or could it be dangerous? Id like to try. Any advice and/or concerns you could share?
