Nice video! Great information! I worked for a gas company many years. I was the NO specialist. I thought NO was the only gasotransmitter. You can learn something new every day. All three gases in high concentrations are not healthy at all.

Squash got lectins which cause arthritis in my body. I learned to like veggies n fruit that have it. Like 🥒's or 🍅's. So I use joint food brand supplements.

I wonder how Native America / Esquimos/ survived with not even having to use a freezer or even more Sun Bathing Beef jerky . Or jarred meat . And still eatable .

Thank you you for this indepth informative video, love the domestic animals in the background. I read about how the ancient Mayans and Aztecs used Cacao to benefit them. I had no idea it contained cadmium which is also contained in gold jewellery which is a posonious metel also causing cancer. Have they not found a way to remove this metal from Cacao as its destructive to every organ in the body.

Hi Dr you never mentioned the benefits of eating the most nutritional food of all, Red Meat? There are Carnivores like me, who only eat Meat and water and are in very good health. It may be an omission on your part or just something you have not come across. Worth your consideration.

Is cacao considered a dark chocolate? I heard that most dark chocolate have lead in them is that true? Okay, I'm on the right track cuz I've been eating cacao now for years. And I heard about the medicinal benefits in stem cells etc ... " Wonderful!!! "Thank you ~for elaborating"

Like other antioxidants, would astaxanthin nullify the positive physiological adaptations to exercise (if taken before or after a workout)?
@Supps-012 күн бұрын
Astaxanthin, like other antioxidants, may potentially interfere with some of the positive physiological adaptations to exercise, particularly muscle adaptation and mitochondrial biogenesis, if taken in high doses immediately before or after a workout. However, moderate doses may not significantly blunt these adaptations and could still provide benefits like reducing exercise-induced inflammation and oxidative stress.

This is all assuming you still have Gordonibacter urolithinfaciens, Gordonibacter pamelaeae, or Ellagibacter isourolithinifaciens in your gut... Oh wow, you have 2 I didn't realize did this conversion (I'd like to see a reference on the last 2, btw - I think they only play a supporting role but no direct conversion - just benefit the other bacteria in some way. (the akkermansia and bifidobacterium) there are many polyphenols that ALSO induce mitophagy.
