You need to follow up it’s what you say and capture there sia numbers. If you say you are going to call the police, do it and report the crime. Film what happens when the plod turn up and post a follow up video about what happens. That way when the hi-vis thugs watch the videos they will see that you are not making idol threats and follow through. Then in future you can record the change and make the public feel safer.
