1. At 3:24, you walked across Sukiyabashi Crossing, and the building in front of you was Tokyu Plaza Ginza. That building has an observation deck that has its windows angled out. That allows you to shoot right down on the crossing! At busy times, photos can be pretty cool. 2. Japan wasn't made for vegetarians. They have a difficult time here. 3. At Tokyo Disneyland/sea, you need to get free passes, or else you'll be waiting ages to get on rides. And the parks are always busy. 4. When you walk through Tokyo train/subway stations, the signs are written in English too. Look at the signs, and you shouldn't get lost. Most people seemed to be overwhelmed by being in a new country and don't look. 5. I'm surprised you couldn't find coffee shops. At major stations, a Starbucks at least should be nearby.

I'll agree that their is a lack of coffee shops and breakfast options (except McDonalds and Japanese places like Matsuya) that are open early (06:00-10:00). But when you say "they don't have a lot of coffee shops here" : my goodness that is a really inaccurate statement. (Starbucks, Excelsior, Doutor, etc for the chains. Then there's the modern new wave special shops, and there's the old style "kissaten" places too.

I love the BTS of these tutorials. Regarding coffee in Tokyo, I have found the best coffee shops there and tasted perfect brewed coffee V60 style (it was the first time I’ve heard of this) that now I have a Hario V60 at my house as well

5:20〜 It may be a matter of taste, but canned coffee in Japan is not that bad. Moreover, there are 1,500 7-Elevens in Tokyo's 23 wards, and you can get freshly brewed coffee for just $1. There's no need to buy anything. Besides, there are 240 McDonald's stores in Tokyo's 23 wards. There are also many coffee shops that are open from early morning. I recommend Komeda Coffee.

I was in Japan in September 2022. Saw many familiar locations in your footage. I'm surprised the pachinko place let you film inside. When I tried to capture the ambiance inside a Tokyo pachinko place I was kindly asked not to film by a cute, costumed female, and I obliged as not to be a typical annoying American tourist. BTW, that pachinko machine theme 12:28 is from Macross Frontier (2007), one of my favorite Japanese anime series. I was hoping to see how you deal with filming Toyko at night as a typical 60p shot will result in nearly every light flickering. In hindsight, I suppose the solution was to change the camera frame rate to 50fps to match the electric grid. Don't know, didn't try that. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
