I used to do a lot of mandalas when I was first learning Photoshop. I've seen them in different product designs like in makeup palette packaging, tablecloths, curtains, etc. I used them in client work in the past. They are eye catching and useful to know about.

That's amazing. Thanks for that. Subscribed. But could you tell me how you did the video animation of the mandalas in the intro and outro? Is this just live drawing? Cheers
@BLTV_Photoshop Жыл бұрын
I create all the intro & outro animations within my screen-recording software, Camtasia. 👍

Would it be possible to draw squares or triangles like that ?
@BLTV_Photoshop2 жыл бұрын
Yes, you can change the number of segments. At 3:25 in the video, I show you how.

Hi, when you draw a pattern do you use your mouse, or do you use a screen touch device of some sort? If the latter, could you suggest some? Thanks
@BLTV_Photoshop2 жыл бұрын
I always use a Wacom pen & tablet. For me, drawing with a mouse is akin to holding a brick. estore.wacom.com/en-US/wacom-intuos-pro-small-s-pth460k0a.html

This is brilliant. Taught me things I didn't know about mandalas! Just one thing - the audio wasn't great. It sounds like you're talking into a tin can with taut string, for some reason.

Weird, Marty sounds fine to me here. 🤷🏻♂️
@CraigRodmellMusic2 жыл бұрын
@@thebradman4662 perhaps, but where I am, all the s and c sounds were clipped, as if it was a very low sample rate. Of course, this doesn't detract one bit from the quality of the content, and I look forward to putting it into practice!
