I say that all three (Procreate, Photoshop, and CSP) work seamlessly between each other as a sort of personalized workflow. Need to switch your document from Procreaate to Photoshop? Simple just save it accordingly and import. Vice versa? Yep. As a semi-professional artist that works in 9 hour sessions, all three of them carry my work flow in their own ways.

As someone who has used Photoshop for most of the differenr things its intended for I know what it is capable of. Comparing Procreate to photoshop based soley on what features they share how do they compare? Never used orocreate but it seems like drawing and animating are much more fun to do there.

Procreate can connect to second monitor , so screen size doesn’t matter, and procreate hv quick menu, that’s solved the shortcut problem.

I hate photoshop with a passion so without even watchong the video procreate wins, but the best option imo is clip studio paint. It does everything photoshop does plus more, and is way more intuitive. Their custom brushes after some adjusting also can compete with procreate. The only thing Ive found that Id say is better than what csp has to offer are the straight lines and shape tools for procreate along with a few other small things. Clip studio has an incredible amount of features specifically for illustrations and comics,

And will never be, their developers and creators says that they only did it specially for iPad os since the beginning. U can search about it in their social networks, they keep saying again and over again since 10 years now, procreate is only for IPad os, and procreate is also part of the apple ecosystem, mot wonder ehy always appear in the new iPads adds or trailers

Sometime I don't understand why people compare Photoshop and Procreate. Those two are totally two different types of software. Drawing is one of the functions which Photoshop have, but it is a photo editing software. Their company both have their own target users.
