Phrasal Verbs 8: Snitch on, Loosen up, Take it out on, Tone it down

This past week I used these phrasal verbs while I was teaching, so I wrote them down and made a video! For SNITCH ON, LOOSEN UP, TAKE IT OUT ON, TONE IT DOWN I'll show you some examples and then we'll talk about the definitions. Oh! And I have a short exercise at the end ;)
