So much of my music tastes back in the day were due to halo 2 montages. I found out I loved skindred and many other bands around that time that were used in the montages. Phurion turned me on to chevelle, thousand foot krutch, and tobymac.

@4:28 I am the guy getting sniped, and let me tell you, I am pretty sure my reaction was the same as yours as it happened. I felt like I was getting sniped from no visible person and it was confusing me, but it seems with that perfect ricochet angle, and the narrowness of the entrance to that rooftop section (along with being able to see them on radar behind you,) it might be easier than it looks with proper alignment! Still insane he even came up with that. That game took place, like, 3 days before the montage was made.

You almost didnt make it in. The final clip of song one was different but it corrupted during render, so we replaced it with that rico snipe lol.

After phurion and fluxy came out i was obsessed with montages and started making my own. Started my own gaming channel and made 100's of videos because of that one video you made back when I was 15, I'm 30 now. I matched in a public lobby with you not 2 months after that montage came out and I had just smoked weed for maybe the 4th time in my life and was extremely high. I remember my friends trying to fuck with me and I was trying to tell them how important it was that I matched with you. Being that high and trying to explain what halo montages were and how intense it was i matched with you was hilarious. But I think about it all the time and how weird it is your just a guy that made a video that changed the trajectory of my entire life. I edit gaming videos to this day and its hella weird.
