I truly enjoyed this! I have never used spring roll wrappers. Therefore this would never have occurred to me! Looks magnificent! Hang in you look as though you coming out of this stuff on the upside! Praying for your complete recovery!

Okay Stephen, I am all in and bought an air fryer. I will try your dish tomorrow. It looks so good. Hang in there and feel better soon. Try and put a thought of a horse ride over open fields. That's what I do when the walls close in.I had a horse in Oklahoma . She and I rode like the wind! You should start an air fryer book of, " Cooking with the Colonel."

Steve, what an innovative way to use bananas! I will definately try this. I think I might try caramel and chocolate syrup with a pinch of cinnamon! The RMR is spot on with the ice cream. I am glad that you feel better,but don't rush it.🍌

I just made this and I followed your recipe. I did not have date syrup so I put little pieces of real date...and OMG...they taste so yummy. You are right...taste so good with vanilla ice cream 👍👍👍

Fantastic!!! Hubby watched with me He is going to get some wrappers!! We had some spring rolls from Costco that had dipping sauce packets included. That date syrup looked good I was hollering, "Don't burn your mouth!!!"

Anything 'date' is SO VERY delicious!! 😋 Sadly, dates are extremely high in carbs. Very difficult for diabetecs to enjoy some. I've always loved dates (any) & figs. Mmmm.
