No law suit.... if they didn't have a legal binding contract for the retainer then there is no grounds for a lawsuit. Handshake deals, giving someone there word don't hold up, and retainer are payed UP FRONT in 99.0% of the cases, and in the event thay it does fall short the retainer payment is for THE PERIOD OF TIME. So rich was right, you only get payed for 14 days, UNLESS it's specificly writen that you pay for the month( or 2 or 3 or 6 or how every amount of time) no matter what . While I think weed can be great for a lot of people, I honestly feel there’s this kind of ‘impotent paranoia’ that can develop in perpetual stoners where they think everyone is out to get them. I’ve seen it in acquaintances and other people IRL, and it feels like Rich is the same way. They’re not schizo where I’m scared they’re gonna start shooting their walls because the government nanodrones are in them, but they definitely get lazily confrontational and paranoid.

We can acknowledge some people's personalities get worse with alcohol use, so I don't see suggesting marijuana usage can do similar things as that much of a stretch. He was too big for his own good. He needed a sounding board to tell him to keep his channel no matter what, and just take a break as long as he needed. He needlessly committed youtube suicide. Hope he made enough money to support his retirement. He sounds bipolar unstable, and just needed someone to give him stable answers, which he felt like he didn't have any stable support. I guess just don't make it worse for him than he already has made it for himself.

I've been watching YT on a consistent basis since about 2007 and I have never witnessed in real time the destruction of a staple content creator like this, that I followed that is. YT started and remains mostly as gaming content for me
