As a kid, my mom decided to do what Nick did. My grandparents took custody of me when I was 8. House was just through the woods - couple acres. I would sleep on her porch trying to get her attention by knocking on the windows. That type of situation leaves a child with issues. They (users) aren't the same person and you just want... a parent.

U do realize he has pending court cases involving drug possession and his kids w/ CPS right? He cannot come out and say "I'm an addict, I neglected my kids, I'm sorry" because it's admissible in court to be used against him. No one's going to see if he's really learned anything or experienced any growth until the legalities are over with and he can talk freely.

@@dirkdigler5190 how is that cope? idc who you are it's dumb to make a public statement admitting guilt when you have a court case coming up dealing w/ that issue. How is that a smart thing to do? If anyone is waiting for some type of acknowledgement of guilt and taking of responsibility who in their right mind would think that would happen before his case is resolved? They used his live streams before as evidence to issue a warrant and make an arrest. Now you think they won't use his live streams against him going forward? Idc if you like the guy or hate the guy, that's irrelevant to me. It's idiotic to expect someone to say "I'm guilty" before they even get sentenced.

Well.... I've seen this game before. Junkie Nick demanding loyalty to justify his actions. Scared to face the consequences of his actions. Attacking people who are disloyal. It was everyone else putting that bottle in his hands.... the coke up his nose.... swinging.... not taking care of his kids... Nick can release the body cam footage if he wants... the photo's of his home.... his defense team should have it. He wants to grift off his supporters for donations while stringing them along by beefing with other lawyers. Anyone else remember when Nick used to say he didn't care if people went after him....... guess that was a lie as well. Dude needs help.... and he needs to stop lying to everyone by casting off the ones holding him accountable for his actions.

Think people might wanna bear in mind the man has pending court cases and saying something like "I'm an addict/alcoholic and I'm going to get help" or "I let it go too far and my kids paid the price." Would be admissible in court to be used against him. We're not going to have any clue if the guy's learned anything or experienced any personal growth until the legalities are over and he can talk freely. Regardless of what he's done or what his path forward might be; issuing a public statement admitting guilt is probably not the best legal strategy when you've got a case coming up...

That's exactly what it is. I live in Minnesota as well and have dealt with the court system here quite a bit. They did a good job of explaining how it's a long, drawn-out process with a ton of evidentiary hearings and motions and discovery and yadda yadda... Nick has to be very careful about what he says and to whom, because people you talk to about your case can be subpoenaed as witnesses by the prosecution. He's a lawyer and a member of the MN bar, I'm sure he understands all of this and that's why he's being vague.
@Masterom2000x

Why be careful? If he truly wanted to own up to his actions, he could just plead guilty, admit and apologize, and work on fixing his life for himself and his family instead of all the grandstanding and pretending he doesn't have problems.

@@Masterom2000x Why be careful? Because this is Minnesota and the justice system is very biased against people with his beliefs or who speak out against certain things. The system and sentencing guidelines here are typically very leniant towards first-time offenders, but we've also seen examples of how they'll go after people they don't like on the flimsiest of pretexts. @@ChillyJack Agreed. I just hope he gets to go to rehab (his wife too) and doesn’t lose their kids, but Nick has to take that first step in admitting he has a problem. Ppl immediately saying we’re glazing or “noseguarding” just bc we don’t wish the absolute worst on Nick are bitter ahh people who’ve never had real problems in their lives. Their immediate jumping to extremes shows what kind of ppl they are. I was an opioid addict for 8yrs, been clean for almost 9 now, so I GET how drugs and drink can take your life over and cause you to destroy and/or lose everything you love. Thank GOD I was never arrested, nor did I put my child in danger or sell my body or belongings, but some ppl DO take it that far and it’s sad. It would be enough to bring me back to reality but someone who has had the abilities to live the life he has, probably will take more and from what I’ve seen so far, he’s not there yet. But his fall is far more than a drug bust. I unsubscribed around the time the Rippa drama started. His foundation had went away. Why all the way to the extreme of Nick dying? No obviously nobody wants that but some punishment is very necessary especially if the children allegations are true. Seems like you just want a slap on this wrist because oh he finally got caught and it’s over. Short sentence/ rehab is very necessary

exactly. these nick defenders create this straw man argument that anyone who criticizes him wants him dead....they reluctantly say oh sure yeah nick needs to have a "redemption arc" and they want everything to be "wonderful" for him rarely ever mentioning his kids lives), but they really just admire him and think he's a badazz and cool....these idiots just want to be rich like nick and hang with hot young women and do whatever they want....they are just little boys jealous of daddy nick. its pathetic.

Nick needs to get cleaned up. Right now he is still doing the junkie denial b.s. Casting off anyone telling him anything he doesn't want to hear. Getting people to sympathize with him to justify his actions. He isn't saying the things people on the mend would be saying. I mean... NIck's a lawyer... he knows what he can and cannot say. He could set the record straight (if it were true)... but he doesn't. The only thing he would have to worry about is if he lies about what happened and it's used against him...

Listening to y'all talk about height in a man is kinda funny. I typically prefer a man taller than me. At at least 6'2" I got perfectly into his chest standing up.5'11"or so, I at least fit under his chin. But height isn't everything. It's also about his personality and how he acts towards you and with you. Imagine my absolute shock when I found myself attracted to, deeply and fully to someone 5'2". I'm 5'4". Attraction is deeper than just physical. But I'm not looking for another short king, that's just one more barrier to overcome.

I’m 5’3.. I have always been attracted to men who are taller than me. Ended up marrying a guy who claimed 5’5 but yet I was a smidge taller than him with boots on. Lmao unfortunately he was a undercover junkie. So I lost everything I owned bc it was my first experience even being around a junkie. Lesson learned. No more short guys 😂😂 jk. My fiancé is 6’5 so I went in the opposite direction. I agree though. Personality makes everything

@@southernladyish I'm sorry you went through that. Alex in the end addicts are horrible people even if in the end it's not all their fault. Fortunately I didn't have that relationship with my short King. We ended up being friends and he's been there for me for about 10 years now. I thought I met the love of my life, he was 63 and absolutely amazing in other areas too. But unfortunately his family and other commitments made it so that we had to split up. Like I said it's the whole package put being an addict is not part of any package I want. Unfortunately I've known several and none of them ever added up with a happy ending.

@@southernladyishain’t nobody wrong for having their preferences whether it comes to height or dick size. Some women prefer guys with large dicks and that’s because those woman have large vaginas... the size variation of vaginas doesn’t get talked about as much but it’s highly relevant and guys who have been with enough women will tell ya they differ. Size queens should not be shamed. Women with large vaginas need extra size to get the same amount of friction that most women with average vaginas get from average cocks. It’s all about the compatibility between the size of the dick and the size of the vagina but the good thing is most vaginas and dicks are compatible and that’s why women will say size doesn’t matter even though it does because only a very small percentage of dicks are extreme in either direction, most can be worked with for most women.
@Jackholiday1025
@Jackholiday1025 2 ай бұрын
I mean of course a woman is typically going to prefer a guy to be taller just like a guy is going to prefer a woman to be taller because that’s the norm but the height thing gets exaggerated. It doesn’t matter nearly as much as some online comments suggest. There’s very few women that actually require a guy to be six feet, a lot of bitter insecure guys latch on to that shit because they are insecure, because they wanna make excuses for themselves and act like women are too picky etc. A preference is not necessarily a requirement. Most women would date a guy that’s slightly shorter than them if they find him attractive enough in other areas. It’s only a total deal breaker to a small minority of people. There’s so many couples where the man is slightly shorter. There’s a lot of celeb couples where the man is shorter. Height matters but it’s whatever compared to face and physique. I didn’t think I would want to date a woman that was taller until I did. She was worried I wouldn’t be interested because she was taller and was so glad I did. My advice to guys who are interested in a taller woman is to be confident and shoot your shot.

Rekieta said a lot of terrible things about good people back about five years ago, during the Mignogna v. Funimation saga. He said disdainful things about lawyers with far more experience than he had. And his opinions in that matter were entirely off base. He insulted one person who is a friend of mine. With that said, I want Rekieta to get his life together. I want him back with his children, leading a healthy life.

For women's height preference in men, I understand it from a fitness perspective. Height is both a sign of specific genetics and good nutrition. It's attractive to both men and women generally, although women are more selective about it.

I get people getting a little to aggressive cause kids involved but I feel using them as a defense in what should be done with him is just as unhelpful. He did allegedly did the crime and needs to take some lumps if they are true and learn from it and given his public presence of acting like he at most had only a small part to play in this and lashing out ain't good for the good for the kids either. Cause you can look at it at the other side do you want the kids to be around an addict growing up? I can tell you personally that's not great for kids and seeing the deflect, blame and lash out response is like half my memories of my mom.... and that was with my dad having single custody most of it. Is that better for the kids? Idk probably hard to say but wouldn't say it's clear cut
