I've always found it fascinating that in Korean culture, girls can wear extremely short skirts or shorts and that's totally fine yet exposing their shoulders or even just a small amount of chest/cleavage is seen as completely immodest. In alot of Western countries, it's flip-flopped. Girls often wear tank tops, tube tops, strapless dresses, etc. but get judged for being slutty if their skirt or shorts are too short. Who decides these things? lol 🤷♀️
