I've been doin backflips off of trees since like 5th grade and I recently started doing them again to entertain friends and they mentioned parkour. I have heard of free running before but didn't know so many people knew about it. I look up to the guys who do this stuff. It'd be cool if I could be as good as them. Keep up the good work

Yeah, there is no such big jumps, drops, crazy speed etc... But, this is what I love in parkour. The movement. And this kinda vid remains best to me all the time. This is Parkour ;-).
