I’m currently in PT and my treatment consists of exercise, massage, ultrasound and iontophoresis treatment all in my visit. I’m a week in, 3 PT visits and I’m having no relief yet. Trying to be patient, but it’s so hard when you’re in so much pain!

I completed my PT regiment and made slight improvement in grip strength but still had tennis elbow 10-weeks later. Had to pause pickleball play now for 3 months. Sooo frustrated.

Have done all of these treatments and I’m still in serious pain after 2 years. I’m going to have active release techniques next week, hoping it’ll help

I am 14 years old and I have a problem in my elbow for one year. Tennis and golfers elbow. I have got it from wrong form pull-ups. I went to 2 physical therapists that said me just to do 2 streaches that I felt doing me worse. I went to check if I have joint inflammation and I hadn't. I don't know how to cure this problem I had better time for a lot of time and it came back. Please give me a suggestion I am hopeless.

eccentric training during the 'acute' state do not have an negative effect vs waiting with it? read stuff about gtn patches? 20-50% better recovery chans then with out. it seems. sums of the studies i read is just around 150 people. so not mega Good amount. but some indication that it may help. i use a metall dumbell resting on the arm then slowly moving over the muscle, helps temporary atleast and feels great. One thing, tendons have a big lack of bloodvessles right? and by moving it you will cause a vaccum to absorb and to push out fluid? or is this just for the joints. tca, snri , gibopentin? since nsaids isnt working and doctors Love them.

i have a question i had golfer elbow for 2 months there was paint and inflamation and right now i dont have paint and no more inflamation is this good or bad for healing 100% i seen all your videos and in 1 it show its important inflamation to heal am just worried

if You have no pain and no inflamation , i'd move on, It means your in good health enjoy it.😄
