Yes, that's right. The 3 mirror planes (σ) could be described more specifically as vertical mirror planes (σᵥ), since they are parallel to the principal axis of rotation

There are no elements of dynamical symmetry, examples with intramolecular rearrangement of the molecular parts, possessing symmetry in space of the impulses.
