I have question. When was we make baseline correction FTIR spectrum ? + All most case (I Guess) + Or only case overlapping spectrum (in your video) I hope I would receive your answer soon. Thanks for your video.

In all most case, the IR technician makes the baseline correction of IR spectrum during the measurement process, but sometimes we need to use the baseline correction in case overlapping spectrum, such as in my video.

لا مشكلة في ذلك ، محور y ليست ذا اهميه , نحن في معظم الأحيان نقوم بحذفها ، الذي يهمنا مواقع الاهتزاز على محور x ( wavenumber) , عدد النقاط انت الذي تحددها بحيث تستطيع ضبط تعرجات ال baseline بدقة
