Hello, I have a QST about subtract reference data when I choose data manipulation and to subtract reference my first graph afed away and I found only the red line in my figure.

After subtraction of baseline, goto book and find subtracted data and then make a graph of that subtracted data, after this move to analysis box, click on signal processing and then goto smooth and add point of windows and polynomial order in smooth preview, click OK and then again move to book and select smoothed data and make a graph that will be your new final and smooth graph.
