I was in a wheelchair with arthritis, had the arthritis also in my fingers, knees and back. So much pain. I thought to do an elimination diet and chose to get rid of dairy completely, even cheese and yogurt which I had loved. Within 3 weeks I was able to stop using the wheelchair. It did take longer for my fingers to recover. After the initial success with ditching dairy, I thought, “what else should I eat or not eat?” And I discovered the WFPB diet. Have not looked back. Feel so much better, lost over 50 lbs. and feeling younger than I did in my late 50s as I have no more pain. I will turn 70 in a few months. My bloodwork is very good too now and finally got most of my cholesterol down except for the LDL is still a bit high. I got my total number down by eating more beans. My blood pressure isn’t a problem either. No one thinks I am as old as I am.

Thank you so much for this video. I was taken to hospital and put a on a pain killing and anti biotic drip. That was on the 10 May. It is now the 31 May. Two days ago was the first time without regular pain in the day and night where I had been on pain killers. I am still getting it in the day but milder. The nights are still a problem but I know its getting better slowly. I stopped taking all dairy products and carbohydrates and now on a diet. I hope soon I can put my walking stick away and be pain free by applying what I have learned off this and many wonderful videos from people that care. What a great video. Out of all the videos on this subject this has to be one of the best and gives hope to be free from debilitating pain for many. A great big Well Done!!!!!

@@karunamayiholisticinc This is not anecdote. There are scientific studies done on effect of plant based diet on arthritis (and other autoimmune diseases), and plant based diet has shown to reverse many autoimmune diseases. Studies on multiple sclerosis has been done as far back as 1950s, which monitored people for 34 years, and they were still mobile all these years. I won’t believe anything that is on social media that you mentioned, people will do or say anything anything on social media to get views. Just because Ayurveda recommended ghee for some remedies, does not mean it is gold-standard (and I am an Indian who believes many things Ayurveda say, but not everything). I myself was raised eating clean Indian Ayurvedic way of eating, but started to have knee pains at certain age. I gave up dairy for some other reason (I was lacto-vegetarian before) without knowing anything about how plant based diet affects such issues. In a few months, my knee pain was gone. After that I looked for studies tried to find the connection and found many scientific papers on the issue. (I am a scientist myself, so also don’t believe in anecdotes). Every time, you seem to be putting comments here against these guests (especially when it is about dairy), with no scientific proof (and sometimes it seems senseless ranting) It makes you look like a troll (and not a smart person), and gives bad impression about India.

Wishing him much luck to establish the clinic in Ghana. What a beautiful human being. I've been struggling with RA for 7 years. It's so difficult when doctors don't know the role of nutrition. The methotrexate nearly killed me and I became unwilling to play Russian roulette with biologics and other meds. I wish more doctors to offer the nutrition piece to RA patients. It might have saved me years of suffering and disabiliy. I'm about 1 week in to total diet change. I hope it works. It seems to be helping a little already.

I think I am healed(in 7 days). Will confirm with blood tests. I was diagnosed with RA after COVID vaccination (coincidence??). There is no RA in the family and never had anything of this sort before. It all started with fingers and other joints making popping sounds. Then started feeling pain in fingers and also had a trigger thumb. Had symptomatic pain in elbows and shoulder joints. Had Plantar fasciitis. I saw my body starting to deteriorate rapidly. I was terribly afraid. Did hours of research in the net. I learnt about healing powers of fasting and diet. First attempt: I tried water fasting for 5 days few months ago. The results were remarkable. Trigger thumb, finger pains and shoulder/elbow pains were gone. Headache was gone. I was back on my vegan diet(I am a lifelong vegetarian and an intermittent vegan...) Unfortunately, I like snacking :) I enjoyed few fried items "everyday". Big mistake. All symptoms came back, except for trigger thumb. It was painful for me to lift my shoulders above my head again(I was able to, but with some pain). Finger(s) pain came back. Second attempt: Immediately after, I started taking proteolytic enzyme(amazon), moringa capsules(amazon), ginger powder(homemade). Took only green smoothie with fruits for 3 days with plenty of water and 0.5 cup flax seed/chia seed (Dr Goldner recommendation). Followed with only raw salad, fruits for 4 days. My everyday cluster headache is COMPLETELY gone(I was taking excedrin almost everyday). My shoulder(s)/elbow pain gone....My fingers are 90% better and it continues to heal. There is a mild discomfort(fingers) in the morning for just 1 minute, which I am sure will be gone in 10days max. There is no more body ache. I sleep like a log. I have so much energy during the day. Feeling liberated....Unbelievable!!!! I was/am able to do the above with complete faith in the infinte almighty. Current experiment: I am starting to include one food at a time to see how my body reacts to each food, so I will know what I can include/exclude. Slowly, I shall see what happens if I stop proteolytic enzyme also. I don't want to be dependent on supplements or any medications. I am looking at making my food as medicine. I hope the above details will be of some help to people who are looking for a cure. Trust me, this solution is very simple and doable. There is no complexity at all in this. If I can do it, anyone can. You all will be MOST DEFINITELY healed.

Exercise seems to be the most effective treatment. My arthritis started in my forties on my arms and hands. And during a lunch time conversation with a colleague, I learned that his arthritis was cured after he picked up running every morning rain or shine. I tried the same, running in the morning and started going to the gym. My arthritis disappeared. I stopped running in the morning, but kept going to the gym twice a week until the pandemic started. I have not exercised since the pandemic. Now, my arthritis has come back on my knees after being absent for about 15 years. Now I am in my late fifties, exercising is a little more difficult. Since now my knees hurts, running will be more difficult. But, running truly worked for me and it worked for my colleague. That seems to be the only cure, I have no choice but to try.

Hey I am currently just 20 years old. Got the symptoms since last 2 years. Dr. if I would start with medication it's almost lifetime medication with steroids. Can you please say how to manage it
@DL-oq6nq Жыл бұрын
@@bidiptamitra2869Hello. I’m sorry about the delayed response. Very busy lately and I want to be thorough. First, I have to tell you that I’m not a medical professional, however, I am eager to share my experience with R.A. I look at our situations this way. We have 3 choices as far as types of treatment. We can take the route of establishment medicine. We can decide to forget treatment all together. We can treat via the holistic route. I believe that no treatment is the worst by far. I have taken the holistic route. I will not sugar-coat the holistic route. It takes a lot of hard work and discipline. It is a constant experiment. Both establishment medicine and holistic have their pros and cons. They share certain characteristics as well. Both methods can take time to figure out what will work for an individual. When first diagnosed, I had a great deal of fear and anxiety. I almost told the rheumatologist to get me started on the DMARD shots. He suggested methotrexate. DMARD shots take your immune system down quite a bit. That just made me extremely uncomfortable. Steroids will have similar effects. Having a strong immune system is important, I believe. I decided to make some huge lifestyle changes. I started by quitting tobacco. I had smoked cherry tobacco from a pipe for a long time. I changed my diet drastically. Fish and chicken took the place of red meat. I had been eating red meat almost every day prior to diagnosis. I do still eat red meat once a week as a treat. I also started eating lots of fruits and vegetables. Kind of a Mediterranean based diet with emphasis on protein and fiber. I look for foods that are good for the gut biome. Low sugar yogurt is great. I use TWO GOOD brand. I eat sauerkraut once in a while. Nutritional yeast is good and I like the taste. Wasabi is great if you like a condiment with a kick. If you look up foods that support the gut biome, you will find a lot of information. I started resistance training with weights at home. I do cardio in the form of running, walking, jump rope, and aerobics. I get the aerobic routines through Madfit on youtube. I stretch a lot. About half an hour every morning. I take a lot of supplements. I watch videos on youtube and that helps to find which ones may help with inflammation. I get a lot of good info from Thomas Delauer and Dr. Eric Berg about foods and supplements that may help. They’re both on youtube. I see a chiropractor that specializes in several areas including R.A. on a regular basis. He has a ton of knowledge about supplements, too. I check the severity of inflammation by whether or not my wedding ring will fit on my finger. This year has been far better than last year. Last year, my wedding ring would not fit in the Fall or winter. I had been feeling really good, so I got lazy on taking supplements. My levels dropped and I couldn’t calm the inflammation until the weather got warm again. This year I kept up on supplements and my ring fits easily. I do have some trouble with my feet. Not terrible, but some pain if I walk without shoes on hard flooring. Otherwise, feeling good overall. I do have some occasional fatigue, too. Keeping a positive attitude is very important. If I have a bad arthritis day, I reflect back on how I was doing before diagnosis. At the time that I went to see a doctor, I couldn’t walk without help. Pouring water from a pitcher was very difficult because I could barely lift the water pitcher. Now I can do so much more. The bad days are few and far between. As far as a general practitioner goes, I am currently looking for someone that has had some training in a holistics or Functional Medicine. Mds don’t normally have training in natural medicine. Natural treatment isn’t covered under my insurance, so the high-quality foods aren’t covered. I’m not sure why they call it health insurance. It should be called pharmaceutical insurance. Supplements are not covered. They do help a tiny bit with chiropractor visits. I also take 1 regular ibuprofen before bed most nights. I had been on Meloxicam for about 2 years. That worked well, but my doctor refuses to prescribe them now. He wanted me to come in for a wellness check and I didn’t want to go around the sick people in the clinic. Since I didn’t follow his orders, he refuses to prescribe any medications now. Sometimes the establishment doctors will resort to medical extortion if you don’t follow orders, I guess. I know that I’ll forget something here, so I may respond back to your comment again down the road. If there’s anything that I missed, just ask and I may be able to answer your questions. This is a pretty long response, but I have more. I will give a list of supplements that I currently take. This changes often. I add and take away quite a bit as I continue the process. These are just some supplements that seem to work well in my case. They may not work for everyone. The supplement called Inflameze has a LOT of good stuff in it. It is pretty expensive. I take around 25 grams a day instead of the recommended 37 grams. I believe that comes from a company called Nutri-dyne. I have found that some people have methods that lead to being symptom free, but don’t work for everyone. I hope you get something out of this. I was fortunate that I didn’t start experiencing symptoms until I got older. I was diagnosed at age 45 and I’m now 48. I’m sorry that you started experiencing symptoms at such a young age. Keep your head held high and stay optimistic regardless of your treatment choices. I wish you sunny skies and all of the opportunity that you deserve. Stay vigilant and never stop learning. Supplement List: -Moringa powdered leaf: 1 g. once daily (I put it over the cannabis oils under my tongue to keep the oils there for 4 minutes). -Magnesium Glycinate: 665 g. 2-3 times daily -Turmeric capsules with black pepper, olive leaf, and tart cherry extracts: 1500mg every night -Zinc: 25 mg every day or 2 -Tongkat Ali: 400 mg every day -Vitamin D3: 5000 IU every day or 2 (morning with Vitamin K) -Vitamin K2: Once daily -Amino Complex Blend: Progressive Professional Brand -Dandelion Root Powder: 1.575 g. One time per week for kidney stone maintenance -Cod Liver Oil: Pill form. 1000 mg. Once daily -Red Krill Oil: 1000 mg. Once daily -Ivermax: (Ivermectin Paste): 1.87% Anthelmintic and Boticide. Used as an anti-viral in my case. -Kratom leaf powder: 10 g per week on average. Dosage is 2-4 g per day, but not every day. I take a tiny bit of lemon juice in my mouth, then put the powder under my tongue. Bitter, but works well. -Cannabis/Hemp Products: Smoke and vape Delta 9 flower, CBD flower, and CBD flower enhanced with Delta 8 spray extract. Dab Delta 8 and Delta 9 extracts rarely. 4 drops Nuleaf Multi-Cannabinoid (CBD, CBC, CBN, CBG) plus 2 drops Nuleaf CBD oil taken under the tongue. 1 time daily. CBD balm Hemp protein powder -External application of iodine tincture every 3 to 4 weeks -Apple Cider Vinegar Drink: 15 oz water, ¼ teaspoon pink salt, ½ teaspoon cream of tartar, little lemon juice, 2 teaspoons vinegar -Shake Contents: 25 g. Hemp Yeah! Brand Protein Powder. 4 g. unsweetened shredded coconut. 3 g. creatine powder. 20 g. Inflameze powder, 75 g. Two Good Brand yogurt. Nice sized scoop of chocolate drink mix (see below). Little bit of chili powder. Little bit of cinnamon. Some turmeric with ¼ tsp. Fresh ground black pepper. Fair Life lactose-free milk. Frozen blueberries. Frozen raspberries. I mix everything except berries with a cordless drill and a beater from a mixer. I just leave the frozen berries whole and put them in at the end. -Chocolate drink mix: 1 part Dutched 100% cacao. 1 part allulose granulated sweetener. Pink salt to taste. That’s it for the shake. -1 g. Taurine 1 hour before exercise. -½ to 2 g. GABA 1 hour before exercise. -About 5 swallows of 100% tart cherry juice before bed.

What kind of diet if you can elaborate please
@DL-oq6nq6 ай бұрын
@@princessasrafi918 Hello. In the morning, I usually wait to eat until I have 15 hours since my last evening meal. If I stop eating at 7 in the evening, I break that fast at 10 in the morning. I have 2 days a week that I fast through the day and break the fast in the afternoon. I like that to be 18 to 20 hours between eating times. I normally eat a hard-boiled egg first thing, then a turkey or beef stick. I go with Thrive Market brand or Chomps. Decent ingredients in those compared with many brands. I stay far away from highly processed foods as a rule. I do cheat on the weekend with something that I know isn't extremely healthy. Restaurant Italian or Mexican food quite a bit. Maybe even something fried from a food establishment or a food truck. I just don't go overboard. During the week, I stick to high protein with some fruits and vegetables.. The one egg per day, meat sticks, protein shakes with hemp and whey protein. certain fruits and berries, vegetables, tuna, salmon, Macadamia nuts, pecans, almonds, walnuts, etc. I like fermented foods. 2 Good brand yogurt, cottage cheese, kim-chi, sauerkraut, and more. I use Fairlife brand milk in shakes. Higher protein, less fat, and I can't drink straight milk. It has to be lactose free. I use whey protein isolate in shakes. No problems so far. I combine with hemp protein powder. I had cut down to once a week on red meat. It was a cheat for almost 3 years. I had seen many patients claiming that a carnivore diet had helped online. I now eat red meat a few times per week and I have to admit that I feel better overall. That may be due to the amount of exercise that I do and maybe the combination of supplements that I take. It's the opposite of what the medical establishment says. It works for me, but I'm not ready to go straight carnivore. I consume nutritional yeast daily. I also drink an apple cider vinegar drink. About 2 cups of water, 2 tsp. vinegar, a little salt, some quality lemon juice, and a half tsp. cream of tartar for some bioavailable potassium. I consume very little refined sugar. I like stevia, monk fruit, etc. I also use a sweetener called allulose. It's an artificial sweetener, but seems to be better than the aspartame and sucralose types. I like the taste. Very close to regular sugar. I use several sugar alcohols, but they may upset some people's stomach. I keep gluten intake way down. It's not good for the gut, especially with autoimmune issues. Gluten free Bionaturae brand pasta from Italy is great. It was a suggestion from a friend with celiac. Even holds up overnight for leftovers well. Tastes like regular pasta. I eat some junk food, but I look for alternatives. Chips fried with avocado oil. Mayo made with avocado. I use olive oil and a little butter at home for cooking oil. I still limit these because they're still fats. Moderation is key for me. I know that I'm forgetting some things. I have a channel on Bitchute, Rumble, and Gab Social. It's called rheumatoidevolution. I put up videos mostly about R.A. and general health. Check it out if you're interested. I appreciate your question. Let me know if you would like to discuss further. Thank you! www.bitchute.com/channel/vsGKn3IMN2AH/

I got into remission on a vegetarian keto diet. I felt amazing, but found it very restrictive and difficult to maintain long term. Eventually, I stopped being vegetarian but continued with keto but my flare ups came back.
