@mandirasarkar73064 жыл бұрын
Answer will be +60 eU .The mistake sir made was he said Sa-c is 50 but while solving he took Sc -Sa =50 but it should be Sa-Sc =50. Then later on when he got Sb-a =60 he gave that as final answer but he should have given the answer as Sa-b. So since he made same kind of mistake twice the answer didn’t change .

28:00 The temperature will decrease after opening the valve. Hence, the entropy will increase. So, even in an isolated system, the equation fits perfectly.

Sir at 37:40 you told something incorrect. A/c to you, the condition for a process to be spontaneous is that ∆S of Universe should be greater than zero. But ∆S of the Universe is always greater than zero which means that every process in this universe is spontaneous and none of the process is non-spontaneous. But non-spontaneous processes do exist. Quite confused of what you wanted to say. Please solve my query sir. Any student who has an answer to my question, please reply 😕😕😕🤔🤔.
@RahulDas-qx4ei4 жыл бұрын
Good point but i also don't know the answer.
@charupatel06254 жыл бұрын
If process is non spontaneous then ∆S of system will me more negative than ∆S of universe which is postive always then ∆S total will be negative 39:13 see the table...last one can clear you doubt
@lalitmishra28353 жыл бұрын
If ∆S=0 then there will be no randomness.... Then the process will be reversible coz there is no change in initial and final entropy

50:31 - I've doubt over here that From system to Surrounding the heat had been flowed - From High temp to lower temp right but if the heat flowed to the surrounding there the heat might be Increased and In the system the heat might be decreased so then if we make the head to flow from surrounding it will again flow towards the SYStEM then how come it is irreversible ????????

sir in the example the reaction ab the reaction is reversible because the change in entropy of system + surroundings is zero. but not because both A and B are having same values of entropy . ex: water and ice are in equilibrium at 273 k though water is more random in nature than ice.
