Isopentenyl pyrophosphate (IPP) is indeed a precursor in the biosynthesis of gibberellins. IPP is an important intermediate in the biosynthetic pathway of many terpenoids, including gibberellins. In the pathway leading to gibberellins, IPP undergoes a series of enzymatic reactions, including cyclization, rearrangement, and oxidation, to form ent-kaurene. Ent-kaurene then serves as the precursor for the synthesis of different gibberellin compounds through further enzymatic conversions. So, to clarify, isopentenyl pyrophosphate (IPP) is an essential precursor in the biosynthesis of gibberellins.

Seed dormancy and bud dormancy is broken by gibbrelin.. 🙄 it's a previous year question and on Google also .. but sir tought it's by ethylene. On 1:13:14
