Something I like to use is ‘our best posture is our next posture!’ ie refraining from staying in one position for too long!

And I also recommend a video on topic hamstring tightness .how to get rid of it, what can be the problems due to tight hams? I found many videos on hamstring tightness but none of it worked, im only getting temporary relief,stretch is not getting maintained. Can you please help?

Sir Can you make a video on abdominal muscle and its relation on back pain? As like poor Posture abdominal muscles are always get blamed for back pain , its an controversial topic.
