EVM Skoda ആലുവ,യെപ്പറ്റി എനിക്ക് നല്ല അനുഭവം അല്ല ഉള്ളത്. ഗൂഗിൾ റിവ്യൂ പേജിൽ വിവരം പൂർണമായും കൊടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. സ്കോട ഒരു aspiring ബ്രാൻഡ് ആയിരുന്നു. ആ ഒരൊറ്റ സംഭവം കൊണ്ട് ഇനി ഒരിക്കലും സ്കോട എന്ന ബ്രാൻഡിന്റെ എത്ര മികച്ചതെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു വന്നാലും ഒരു വണ്ടിയും വാങ്ങില്ല എന്ന് തീരുമാനിച്ചു. ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള സ്ഥാപനം നടത്തുന്നവർ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ട ഒരു കാര്യം satisfied കസ്റ്റമർ പറയുന്നതിന്റെ പത്തിരട്ടി ശക്തിയിലും റീച്ചിലും ഒരു dissatisfied കസ്റ്റമർ പറഞ്ഞു നടക്കും. എത്ര പരസ്യം കൊടുത്താലും അത് പോകില്ല.

but, എന്റെ experience നേരെ മറിച്ചാണ്. pinnacle നിന്നുമാണ് ഞാൻ വണ്ടിയിറക്കിയത്. ABS sensor പോയതിന് 2 മാസം വരെ വണ്ടി ഇറക്കാതെ വെയ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടിവന്നു. very bad experience ആയിരുന്നു നേരിട്ടത്. പിന്നീട് EVM വന്നതിനുശേഷം excellent സർവ്വീസ് experience ആണ് കിട്ടിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. especially Calicut EVM Showroom ൽ നിന്നും.

Ask service centre to capture the error logs and share it with vw engineering. It could be due to a software conflict between ecm and mediaplayer as both are interconnected. The error code captured in VCDS will tell them what is triggering your audio system shutdown.

Same experience, but different issues for me for my skoda kushaq as well. I reached skoda evm kalamasery with an issue with my wipers. They gave my car back saying they fixed the wipers issue and did the first service as well. But the wiper issue was not fixed. Again I gave the vehicle for two days, not fixed, then given for 2weeks, but still I faced the issue twice after the third fix. The vehicle is exceptional, but the guys in evm kalamasery are not technically good. But with the performance and comfort level, I can't think of any other brands 😢

I bought a skoda rapid black or monte carlo edition same as what we have seen in this episode. I got the 4 years service for free. In Trivandrum i bought this mainly because a new dealer group Malayalam Skoda took over from Marikar motors who spoiled the name of Skoda. After the 4th year service started the trouble a. Car was delivered without filling the oil back and luckily my brother checked everything before collection. b. After 15km injector complaint started with cylinder 3 misfiring c. Towed to the center and they swapped the injector from one of their demo vehicles as parts are in backlog which we objected and car was there for a week. d. Now the dealership is closed and another dealership is taking over with the same service team which made me loose the confidence and sold the car which we bought with very high expectation. Vehicle has been really good and feels the parts swapping would have been done which ended up with our trouble. Now moved to a Honda City

2 main drawbacks i saw with my Rapid is 1) Poor dim light ( I even upgraded the bulb from EVM only , but not much enifit ) 2) built-in infotainment system is a failure. Keep disconnecting bluetooth, don't display caller name while we get a call, maps are dead slow etc. etc. if i exclude these 2 issues , then Rapid is charm

The curse of taking skoda in Kerala is availability of service centres. I recently purchased skoda kushaq in Bangalore. Now visited Trivandrum, but no service centres near by. Service wise, Bangalore is awesome. Especially Raja skoda. I recently connected with a lead officer in Skoda, according to him Malayalam Skoda service didn’t met customer’s expectation. Hence, now they handed over to EVM.

I own a 75k run Skoda rapid 2019 DSG TDI. I service my car from SGA Coimbatore only. I did 15k service from pinnacle Calicut, 30k service from EVM Kochi. Both the service experience was pathetic. But the moment I changed to SGA for 45k service, I could feel the professionalism in the service. My humble request is if you are maintaining a Skoda, kindly get it serviced from SGA Cars. Distance is a concern but the peace of mind is assured.

Comfort super 6 5 on 5 score for car Cons Dumb service attitude 2 on 5 for service Now let me tell you as a Vento owner since 2015. There are excellent skoda vw tech experts in every city. German cars in Thrissur. German car service in Bangalore are examples. After free services find a VW Skoda expert. No pappadam or Japanese cars like Honda city with naturally aspirated engines can hold a candle to superb Turbocharged engines from Lamborghini makers. TSI and TDi engines used in Skoda VW and their DSG gearboxes are cooool. No comparison with Japanese cars. However Phoenix cars need to improve their service
