Piaggio 50cc Variator Tool - How to use

Instructional video on how to use our variator tool to remove your variator without a rattle gun.
What you will need:
- Variator Tool (Available on Scooter Street, Link Below)
- 2x M6 bolts at 30mm length
- 4x 1mm Washers (atleast 12mm diameter)
- 15mm socket and ratchet

Impact!! Saves 10 mins of labor

Impact may not get the correct torque and it will spin off on you sometimes after 100 miles, always at speed, potentially destroying your transmission and even worse popping your oil seal and oil will rush into your CVT chamber

We usually use an impact driver, we don't usually recommend it unless youre highly experience and familiar with the strength of your impact driver.
