This makes me ill. I've been in the piano business for over 40 years, and the industry is not exactly thriving. Piano store owners don't get rich, it's a labor of love. Lots of work, long hours, maintenance on the instruments, dealing with customers who complain about their pianos (usually not valid complaints), and small margins. I really feel bad for this guy.
