She was my Grand-mother, a very great artist not recognised in her time as many trues artists.

Initially I thought I was going to be disappointed when I heard the (to my ears) rather pedestrian playing of the theme, but thereafter things just get better and better - clearly Madame Valentin survived her five children pianistically and musically in tact! Wonderful portraits too - it's always good to come across such work.
