He was literally looking at a piano roll just before playing so that may have something to do with it. Also he recognized the intervals of the melody (It's not that hard at all) and he knew it starts on B.

@@MagyarianTartar.i.EatTartaré disclaimer, I couldn't do it but I know it's not really that hard to learn to hear the intervals of the melody especially since this piece has a pretty simple melody. I think in this case it was more about Jesus trying to figure out how to actually play it on the piano and added some flair. He did a great job at that.

When he used his arms for the clusters the harmonies still sounded great. That’s the most skilled part of this to me. Anyone can improvise flashy and fast on a melody, doing the clusters so musically is something that only a great musician would do.
