9:11 Wait was Andy cheated out of this one…like I know the comments they made but at the timestamp he actually checks his clothes FOR POCKETS but wasn’t even able to find ANY. I’ve worn a getup like that and it had NO pockets and ONLY folds that didn’t exactly hold anything. Actually thinking further they took clothes and put it inside for the contestants to put on themselves which is what tipped the one girl off in the first place when she was putting things back on…really don’t see them taking his sweater or pants to hide the locket in a fold and it not be extremely obvious and uncomfortable…just really really not the type of wear for this one 😂

My guess would be they have a 'personal space' for each contestant on-site, where they can change into their 'costume' before starting a task. That would be where a member of the costume department could slip the item in!

Although, to be fair to Rosie Jones, I have just as hard a time understanding Glaswegians, which I'm sure Rosie would make a joke about being an even bigger disability.

Even hairdressers ask for consent to touch you, even though touching you is “implied” by you askig them to cut or style your hair. Consent needs to be explicit, not impled.

I hope this isn't rude, and I don't mean to insult, but... I can't understand a single thing Rosie is saying. I understand she has a condition, and I'm not trying to judge her for it, but no matter how much I rewind and rewatch, I just can't understand anything she says. I myself have a few mental issues (though obviously not nearly as impactful ones as she has), and my own issues might be contributing to me not being able to understand her, since everyone else seems to be able to understand her fine. If someone could help give a translation or something, it'd be appreciated.

Love that they never told Andy where the locket was and that he never even asked. Now I've always accepted that Andy was an intelligent person, I'm now reframing his intelligence as being very deep but extremely narrow. Not a crit but I do think he could be in every remaining season of TM and not quite get the hang of it whilst understanding TM intricately

What makes you think that? They didn't sneak up and put something in anyone's pocket. They made up an excuse to ask for their coat or to ask to adjust a microphone, which the person agreed to.

The act of asking for consent itself is obviously the very opposite of creepy. Though if Kurt is trying to imply that everyone should have been asking consent, implied consent is very clearly sufficient for this scenario.

So it’s clearly the asking for consent that people are referring to as creepy. There are even people in the comments implying the question was very weird/unnecessary

This is one of those tasks where the “Alex-ing” takes attention away from the actual game and just comes off as being annoying for the sake of it imo. They’re few and far between but they do show up from time to time
