17:10 Since the ghost was a Yurei (which has DOTs as an evidence) it was trying to do DOTs and a hunt simultaneously, which made it invisible outside of the DOTs range. It's a known bug for a little while now.

There are two events that make a hissing sound: an airball event and a chasing event. There is one hiss that is shared by both of them, but usually the hisses tend to be different and you can tell the difference between them. However, the main indicator of one or the other is that a chasing event will start with footsteps and usually the ghost will manifest, and then it vanishes with a hiss. This event is often confused with a hunt. On the other hand, the airball event will show itself with a ball of mist that vanishes with a hiss. Even if you don't see the ball of mist, usually you can tell if it is an airball event by the sound of the hiss and the absence of footsteps beforehand. An Oni CANNOT do an airball event, but it can still do a chasing event. (this is what I've gathered from some research I've done and observation, but I might still be wrong about something)

Idea for series called lost life: **Rules for Lost Life** Like last life there are random amounts of life’s given at the start of the game but instead of ranging from 2-6 they range from 4-8 1. **Role Assignment:** - At the beginning of each session, two players are randomly chosen as boogiemen and they know who each other are (leading to unlikely alliances and paranoia for other players when they see them hanging out) but no one else does. Each round there is designated as Jeremy however the Jeremy does not know that they are the Jeremy, all they know is that their is a chance that they are the Jeremy as half the server gets the message “Possible Jeremy” and the other half gets “Not the Jeremy” other then the boogies of course who get the message “The boogeyman with [other boogieman username]”. If you are red you can’t be the boogieman. If you’ve already been the boggieman you can be it again but you can’t be the Jeremy twice. 2. **Jeremy's Goal:** - The Jeremy must stay alive from the boggies throughout the whole session (it doesn’t count for the boggies if the Jeremy dies not by them). If they are able to avoid the boggies they gain a life and even if they aren’t red they gain the ability to kill anyone without being provoked no matter their color. 3. **Boggiemen's Goal:** - Boggiemen must work together (or not) to actively seek out and eliminate the Jeremy. When you are a boggie their is no loyalty to any team. If either one successfully kills the Jeremy before the end of the session, they both gain an extra life and if not they both lose a life. If the boggies kill anyone other than the Jeremy then they lose a life. 4. **Boggies Death:** - Durring the session the Jeremy can fight back and even if the boggies die they still must hunt down the Jeremy. 8. **Other Elements:** Sleeping is off unless someone sacrifices a life to make it day with /day, someone can also sacrifice a life to make it night with /night. There are lost crafting recipes for things like the enchanted table and tnt which can only be crafted if you have the recipe in your inventory. Crafting recipes can be duplicated with diamonds and keep inventory true is off so they can be stolen however they can’t despawn or burn, if you really want to get rid of a crafting recipe you would have to throw it into the void. Boom that’s it change anything you want

An "airball" ghost event is when you can't see the ghost, but a ball of air/mist starts flying towards the target player. The airball is a bit bigger than when you see your breath, and its about at eye level.

For a bit of clarification, the air ball event has the hiss noise but also before that you’ll see a little cloud of air move towards a player with the hiss happening when it reaches the player. The other event with a hiss is the one where the ghost manifests and walks towards a player. Oni can do the manifest version but not the air ball one, so just hearing the sound isn’t enough but you also need to look for if it manifested beforehand or not

So in case someone else doesnt know the oni airball thing its this: so the ghist can do multiple events with the hiss sound and that includes oni. The oni is only unable to to the one with the ball of fog coming towards you. So you can sometimes see the ghost itself coming to you and hissing and that CAN be an oni. Only if you see a ball of fog floating towards you thats the one Oni CAN NOT do. Hope it helps.
