The next stage for the Honda Civic Type R EP3 has come. Instead of Tegiwa shipping the parts to me, I decided to go and pick the order out from their warehouse myself. As well as that, Dave from Tegiwa gave me a full tour of the whole business and cars.

Olly heads to Tegiwa to pick up EP3 Type R parts for the next stage of the build. Whilst Olly is picking the order from the warehouse, Dave gives a full tour of the building. From the product photo room to the 3D printing and merchandise area, all the way down to the workshop with Integra DC5 BTCC car, the new FL5 Civic Type R and 2 NSX race cars. Tegiwa also have a dyno, race lorry and showroom to look around.

great video! did you get much advise before choosing the cams for the ep3 other then there own video for testing? dont think drop in cams are worth the effort. just for a reference ive got drag cartel 2.2 ( OG series ) with only titanium springs and retainers needed for the extra hp, much better boost in performance, otherwise cant wait for your next video and keep up the great work!!!

My thought process was this: I needed a new exhaust to make better power on my current set up. For that, I would need a new map. As I was going to spend the money on that anyway, I thought I might as well full send on the drop ins at the same time and only pay for one more map. It really is at the point of diminishing returns though. Big money for not that much more performance.

The clips being from Toyota had me concerned at first when they arrived lol. My fujitsubo legalise R exhaust is restricting me too, I’m going for the 3” solid fab, guessing you are too 😉
