Locks in the City Ltd I actually wanted to pick your brains about something if I could. Last night I came across a Yale Conexis that they’d lost the fob for, I used a letterbox tool but due to the shape of the wheel and the fact you have to push it in before turning it must have took me at least an hour and half to get it open, just wondering if you had any hints and tips on getting these open quicker?

Locks in the City Ltd no mate, just the standard souber letterbox kit with an extra thumbturn attachment, I was gonna get one from GJ but I don’t think he’s making them anymore

Main problem with the vectis is that it is a piece of crap. Decent concept but very poor execution.

@@LocksintheCityLtd i had one the other day,failed avocet lock mech on front door and vectis with key on inside to the rear. Lovely when they do that,although they are shocked when you open it in about 2 seconds.

cardiffpicker1 always better with options and even better with keys left in door. Better then that when keys left under pot or ornament
