I thought that too but a breakout can also mean taking another step up. If Elliott has a Foden-like season, he could be considered breaking out. It doesn't always have to be a player who has never played first team football.

@@NUFCSurajI generally agree that a big step up for a slightly seasoned player but Harvey Elliot has generally shown quite a high level of talent already. Not to mention I don’t really see the potential in that team for anyone besides Salah to put up a POTY type of season

I don't think he'll be Foden POTY anytime soon but I had Anthony Gordon as a breakout player last season even though he was in Everton's team for a while. So even just that double digits g+a and getting in the England squad could be considered a break out for Elliott. Although I agree I wouldn't have put him in the list myself. Same with Lavia.

Obviously a heavy bias from me as a Liverpool fan, but if Gravenberch does negate the need for us to buy a 6, he has to be up there. People are quick to forget how young he is, just turned 22, and how when he was mainoos age, for example, he was bossing champions league midfields. If he can finally make it click and nail down that hybrid 6/8 position, I can see him finally getting his plaudits, especially with the no new signings

Savinho is the best player on that list bar none, and he was the best winger in La Liga last season ( excluding Vini Jr). He played in Copa America this past summer for Brazil.. It wouldn't surprise me if he is the best winger in PL by the end of this season. He is that good.
