If the team is being selected from a fantasy perspective, Hasaranga has to be there as he bowls 4 overs and has been batting at 6/7 in most matches for SL. You have to see which players can provide a high ceiling. This implies you are looking at wicket takers, top order batsmen and all-rounders. Hence, Bumrah, Shaheen, Buttler, Russell, Shakib, Rashid and Hasaranga sort of select themselves. As openers have a high ceiling, I would take Head over Stirling (better from a cricketing perspective as well because maximising the PP will be important if the tracks are as slow as expected). Based on their form and the slow nature of the pitches, Klaasen and Philips are good picks for the middle order. Hence, from a fantasy you have everything covered with one spot left. Now if you see the team from a cricketing perspective, you have 6 proper bowlers plus philips and head. You have great openers and finishers but all middle-lower order batsmen seem to be batting one spot above their natural position. Hence, you need a number 3 and Harry Tector seems to be a good choice. Then the team becomes - Buttler, Head, Hector, Shakib, Klaasen, Philips, Russell, Hasaranga, Rashid, Shaheen, Bumrah.
